For a while I have felt God tug on my heart, wanting me to dream a little bigger. I initially thought,
"Wasn't my dream as big as it could get?"
But God said - "No, bigger."
The reason behind Bluebird Art Studios, was to fill a need and close a gap. With the schools lacking the necessary resources for art education, the studio provided a place for young artists to grow in their talents. But as the studio continued to grow the question- 'What if?' rang so loud and clear. What if there was a place for all art forms - not just fine arts, but music, dance, film and even culinary arts. - what if there was a place where students ages 4-17 could learn and grow to SUCCEED. So often this world tells us that you cannot make a living and you'll always be a starving artist. So often do children let that spark die because they think their dream is impossible. But what if they are given the tools, experiences, opportunities and guidance that led them down a path towards success? Imagine how far they would go. By building this community of young artists, not only do we instill in them their passions; we inspire, we bring hope and create a sense of belonging.
